    HELMAND, Sep. 27 –   At around 9:00 am local time today, a hireling trooper shot and killed by a sniper on Lashkargah road in the Chah injeer area of Nad Ali district. In the same area another gunman was killed by sniper fire afternoon hours on Monday.
