15 enemy personnel change side to Islamic Emirate

KUNDUZ, Sept. 19 –  AL-Emarah News said on Monday Fifteen enemy personnel including soldiers, police and Arbakis switched side to Islamic Emirate in northern Kunduz province, joining Mujahideen in the provincial capital of the province with their weapons.
