Numerous killed, 6 tanks destroyed as 3 enemy posts dismantled

KUNAR, Nov. 1 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized and overran 3 of the enemy combat posts in Dankam district of eastern Kunar province on Monday, sparking violent fighting that led to the deaths of dozens of the enemy security forces’ personnel, according to Al-Emarah News report.

It adds 5 bodies of those killed in the fighting remained in the site till later yesterday, while at least 6 armored personnel carriers were destroyed in yesterday’s operation.

Meantime, Mujahdieen seized arms and ammo from the enemy’s possession in Monday’s operation.
