Mujahideen seize 7 combat posts, 1 key base in Baghlan

BAGHLAN, Oct. 9 – Al-Emirate News said Sunday Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate conducted a full scale operation in northernBaghlan province early Sunday, targeting the enemy army installations located along the road between Baghlan-e-Marazi district of Baghlan and Kunduz city, stretching from Shah-e-Kohana area of Baghlan-e-Marazki area to Chahar Shanaba. 

Mujahideen seized control of 7 enemy army posts and a major base during the operation lasted through much of the day, leaving dozens of the enemy soldiers dead and wounded, where three puppets joined up with Mujahideen. 

likewise, Mujahideen captured 2 Kalashnikovs, 1 PK heavy machine gun, 1 rocket propelled-grenade.  

A Mujahid fighter was also martyred in the fighting.
