KABUL, Feb. 27 – the Interior ministry issues notes stating that owners of all private and public companies, hotels, national businessmen and other people who use telecommunication system without legal permit/License or with expired license are informed to get an official license or extend expired ones.
The notice adds all repairing companies or workshops are also not allowed to repair telecommunication tools or program them. Use of telecommunication tools without license is considered as a crime and offenders will be faced with strict legal encounter.
