In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful,

We are deeply saddened by the devastating floods that have affected our fellow countrymen in Baghlan, Badakhshan, Ghor, and Herat provinces. It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of dozens of lives, injuries sustained, the destruction of homes, and the huge financial losses endured by many.

In the face of this tragedy, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan extends its heartfelt condolences and prayers. We pray for Jannah al-Firdous for the martyrs, a swift recovery for the injured, and reward for the families affected by this calamity.

We express our deepest sympathies to the families of the martyrs and the injured. We call upon the Ministry of Disasters management, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, and provincial officials to employ every possible effort in rescuing the people, providing assistance to the martyrs’ families, and ensuring proper medical treatment for the wounded.

Furthermore, we urge our fellow countrymen to come forward and assist their brothers and sisters in need. Let us stand together and offer whatever support we can to the victims of the floods.

The Islamic Emirate is committed to serving our people and utilizing all available resources to aid those affected.

May Allah protect our people from further disasters and afflictions, and grant patience to those enduring hardship. Amen.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan
