PAKTIKA, May 17 – The regional heads of the education department of Jani Khel district of Paktika province had a meeting with the officials of the Education & training commission.

The education & training delegation summoned heads of the local Islamic institutions and schools’ principals to the meeting, discussing with them the necessary steps to improve the educational process and reopen the educational institutions.

The participants were provided with the syllabus of the schools, a 20-article code of conduct for Madrasas, and a 51-article code of conduct for schools, whereas necessary recommendations were made regarding their implantation and some of the important articles of the code of conduct were explained to them.

Likewise, the attendees were also advised to direct their respective personnel to furnish the children of the nation with sound Islamic and modern education in line with their Islamic and sacred responsibility.

A similar meeting took place in Baraki Barak district of Logar province in which the participants were provided with the syllabus of the schools, a 20-article code of conduct for Madrasas, and a 51-article code of conduct for schools and necessary instruction were given on how to implement them, while some of the important articles of the code of conduct were explained to them.

Towards the end, the participants were handed over the latest revised curriculum, annual lesson plans, surveyed books and other administrative materials.
