FARYAB, Sep. 23 – According to reports from Qisar district, officials of Islamic Emirate’s commission for learning, training and higher education have held a large meeting in mosque of Shakh Bazar area of Qisar district on Thursday. Meeting which was addressed by several scholars, Imams, tribal elders and other Muslims, ended with the prayers
