On the basis of decree 135 pertaining to assistance with victims of civilian casualties issued by the Leadership Office of the Islamic Emirate on the 22nd of Jamada al-Thani, directives to give assistance to victims of civilian casualty incidents has been approved.

According to the decree issued by the Leadership Office, civilian casualties caused by any party in any locality throughout the country will foremost be handled in a manner that the exact details of losses, martyrs and wounded be counted and then assistance given after verification.

According to the decree, the Commission for Prevention of Civilian Casualties and Complaints Registration is responsible for giving a total amount of 50000 for a martyr and 25000 for a wounded respectively.

Moreover, the aforementioned commission will also introduce the injured fellow compatriots to the Health Commission of the Islamic Emirate so that may receive adequate care and treatment.

Decree by the Leader states that our oppressed and defenseless compatriots have a right and look towards the Islamic Emirate with hope that it will address their needs in line with its capacity, and the Islamic Emirate is also in need of their prayers and continual support. Therefore, the above mentioned assistance must be given with complete sincerity and in good faith.
