KABUL, Apr. 21- Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan strongly condemns bombings on civilians in Kabul, Balkh, and Kunduz, said Zabaihullah Mujahid the spokesman of the IEA and deputy minister of information and culture. These crimes are the work of circles that have nothing to do with Afghan society, he added. We extend our deepest sympathies to the families of the martyrs and the wounded, wishing the martyrs paradise and speedy recovery for the wounded. The security forces of the Islamic Emirate have a great deal of experience in eliminating terrorists and evil elements. The perpetrators of these crimes will soon be found and severely punished.
