KUNDUZ, Oct. 25 – The Islamic Emirate organized a celebration on the occasion of completion of learning the Quran by heart in Chahar Darah district of Kunduz province.
During the celebration the ceremony of Dastarbandi of 12 students who learned Quran by heart took place in which the Hufaz were rewarded the certificate of successful completion of Holy Quran.
The aim of the occasion was to promote the Quranic culture and encouraging memorization and recitation of the Holy Book of Allah.
