LAGHMAN, Feb. 22 – IRC in Laghman, through the efforts of the Department of Refugees, distributed 4498000 AFN cash assistance to 173 IDP families by the Director of Refugee Affairs. According to Mawlawi Bilal Haqqani, director of refugee affairs in Laghman, each family received 26,000 afghanis.
