KABUL, Jan. 31 – Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, Acting Minister of Economy, met with Mr. Frans Akoza, Deputy Director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) and his accompanying team. During the meeting, Mr. Akoza briefed on the activities of his Office of Humanitarian Aid throughout Afghanistan over the past six months.
The Acting Minister of Economy expressed his gratitude for the services of that organization and the donor countries, regarding the newly approved procedure by the Islamic Emirate cabinet for integration and regulation humanitarian aid and to create transparency in the distribution process, it provided information, and promised to cooperate in advancing the work.
