    BAGHLAN, Dec. 22 – Al-Emarah News said Wednesday an Arbaki lapdog was killed and another one wounded in exchange of fire with Mujahideen as the Arbakis were trying to seize the cash and other valuables from the passersby at gunpoint in Baghlan-e-Markazi district of Baghlan province.
