5 killed; post overrun in Paktika

PAKTIKA, May 3 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized a post belonging militia in Sarhowza district of Paktika province on Tuesday, killing one Arbaki lapdog, leaving another one injured.

Mujahideen also captured from the enemy 11 Kalashnikov rifles, 1 rocket propelled grenade, 7 boxes filled with PKM bullets and a great deal of ammunition of various kinds and equipment.

Later, the enemy was thwarted in their attempts to retake the said post.

In another report, at least 4 puppets were killed and a further 3 suffered injuries with a tank and vehicle destroyed in a roadside bomb blast followed by direct shooting attack in Mata Khan district of Paktika province on Tuesday.
