FARAH, Jan. 04 – Afternoon hours on Tuesday enemy has fled and abandoned one of their check post located along Herat highway close to Abdul Wahab pump area of Farahrod district. Another reports say, a policeman was shot and killed on the spot by sniper in Mala Aman Kala area of Pushtrod district earlier yesterday. Also in Pushtrod a gunman was killed and another one seriously wounded after a hireling patrol came under a Mujahideen bombing in Gajagin area midday today.
