3 Arbakis captured, post taken over in Parwan

PARWAN, Mar. 18 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized an enemy post following a raid on a post of the local militia in Syagard district of northern Parwan province last night, taking 3 Arbakis captives.
