WARDAK, Apr. 30 – The Islamic Emirate’s Mujahideen have launched conducted a great many attacks on army installations and government facilities since the “Operation Mansoori” started on Friday.

Al-Emarah News said Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate on the third day of the newly-launched spring offensives stormed a number of the military posts and installations in Syed Abad district of Wardak province, killing 7 policemen and leaving dozens wounded early Sunday.

Mujahideen also captured from the enemy 5 Kalashnikov rifles, 1 PK heavy antitank machinegun, 1 military vehicle and ammunition. Two Mujahideen fighters are reported to have suffered wounds in Sunday morning’s operation.

On Saturday, Mujahideen seized an enemy post after an exchange of fire with enemy in which 4 puppets were killed and three more were wounded in Syed Abad district of Wardak province.

Around predawn today, a roadside bomb blast left an Arbaki wounded in Nirkh district of the province, while a clash between Mujahideen and enemy left a dozens of the enemy troops killed and wounded last night in the mentioned district.

Sunday at 4:00 AM, Mujahideen shelled the center of the district of Chaghto with mortars but there is no information on the enemy casualty toll, whereas the same district came under Mujahideen attack almost at the same time on Saturday.

On Saturday, Mujahideen pounded an enemy base with heavy weapons in Syed Abad district of the province, causing the enemy heavy losses.

An enemy base came under Mujahideen attack in the provincial capital of the province on Saturday. There are no reports of the enemy losses though.

Also Saturday, a series of Mujahideen attacks on the enemy posts and convoys caused the enemy forces heavy toll in Chak district of this province.
