Officials from Nuristan province have confirmed the reopening of the Nuristan-Kunar highway, which had been temporarily closed due to heavy rainfall. The Director of Public Works in Nuristan stated that the Kunar-Nuristan highway was closed for a brief period, but was successfully reopened to traffic thanks to the efforts of the department’s machinery and equipment.
