Pakistani police have been misbehaving with Afghan citizens since some time in various cities of Pakistan, on the roads with people coming from Afghanistan, especially in Sindh province.

The Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns the harassment of its citizens and other such issues.

Pakistan is a close neighbor of Afghanistan and both countries have many commonalities apart from Islamic brotherhood and common culture.

Similarly, there are millions of Afghan refugees residing in Pakistan who are not only living their apolitical life there but also play an important role in the development and economic growth of the host country.

The Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Afghan Embassy and Consulates in Pakistan made continuous efforts to solve these problems, but unfortunately, despite their best efforts, this problem could not be solved.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has always called on the Pakistani authorities,  being a Muslim neighbor ,through diplomatic channels to respect the rights of Afghan refugees, prevent its police from mistreating Afghans living and traveling there.
