Political deputy PM held conference with tribal eldors, politicians and scholars

KABUL, May. 26 – A meeting, which was hosted and chaired by the Political Deputy Prime Minister and acting prime minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, held at Sepidar Palace, today.

Honorable Mawlawi Sheikh Shahabuddin Dilawar, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Honorable Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, Acting Minister for Order of Enjoinment and Prohibition and Hearing of Complaints Honorable Sheikh Muhammad Khalid Hanafi, Minister of Information and Culture Honorable Mullah Khairullah Khairkhah And Honorable Hafiz Anas Haqqani, and a number of other officials of the Islamic Emirate and many tribal leaders, politicians, writers , scholars and representatives of different walks of life participated in this meeting.

The meeting started with the recitation of blessed verses of the Holy Quran.

Later, Mr. Hamidullah Hotak, Ustad Mohammad Ismail Yun, Abdul Shakur Dadras, Moin Gul Chamkani, Javed Momand, Salim Pagir and Dr. Fayyaz Sapi adressed and evaluated the achievements of the Islamic Emirate in different fields and expressed their suggestions, criticisms and advice.

They expressed their satisfaction with the provision of complete security, economic efforts, reconstruction and national sovereignty in the country and requested special attention to the professional and expert group, including the youth.

Later, the Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Honorable Shahabuddin Delawar, highlighted the achievements of the government in the economic sector, saying that this is the second year that the Islamic Emirate is making its national budget from its own revenues, and works on major infrastructure projects, including the Qosh Tepa Canal.

Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi pointed to positive relations with neighboring and regional countries and said that the Islamic Emirate values ​​the wishes of the nation and maintains political relations with all countries, including Pakistan, Iran and Central Asia. Most countries have opened their embassies in Kabul and Afghan representatives are working in those countries.

He added that the current government is inclusive and the mutual interaction of countries with the Islamic Emirate means formality.

In this meeting, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of order of virtue and prevention of vice and Hearing Complaints Honorable Sheikh Muhammad Khalid Hanafi, referring to the handling of the complaints of the citizens in Kabul and the provinces, said that all the Shia ombudsmen in the government and our ministry the sections have been given a share and 10,000 complaints of citizens have been addressed in Kabul alone, which is a great achievement in such a short period of time.

The Acting Minister of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhah praised the holding of such large gatherings and the face-to-face presentation of problems by the people.

He added that the Afghan nation faced many such pressures in the past 20 years and God willing, we will overcome the current problems as well.

Honorable Hafiz Anas Haqqani of the Islamic Emirate answered the concerns and demands of the youth and added that holding such meetings between a nation that has come out of a 20-year war situation and presenting the demands and proposals face to face is the responsibility of the Islamic Emirate.

The nation shows full confidence. The development of the Islamic Emirate’s policy is to embrace everyone and train the new generation in religious and national spirit.

The political deputy PM Mawlawi Abdul Kabir welcomed all the participants and praised their suggestions and advice, saying that the Islamic Emirate is in favor of healthy criticism and there is no issue of race, language or orientation.

Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, in response to the demand for inclusiveness by some people, said that the current government is inclusive from all sides and representatives of all tribes are present in it.

Referring to the issue of recognition, he said that if we need the world, then they also need us and the current problems can be solved by understanding this issue. We have good relations with the countries of the region, including our neighbors. We have opened the ports.

This meeting of the gathered representatives, including different sections of the country, ended with a prayer by Maulvi Abdul Basir.
