KHOST, Oct. 20 – As many as 2000 disabled people and 2609 martyr families registered with the department of Disabled and Martyrs of the Khost province have received cash assistance from the ministry.
According to details 92 million Afghanis have been sent to the bank accounts of disable and martyr families in the last 6 months, according the department of Khost.
The documents and files of two thousand people who received money in the name of deserving people, but in reality they were not eligible, their files dismissed, an official of the department said.
Meanwhile, the officials of the Department of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs of Khost assured the disabled member of the National Army and the National Police of the previous administration and the orphans of the martyrs will receive also their rights.
