FARAH, Oct. 01 – Officials say the rout between Farah city and Bala Baluk district has been blocked in Kunsak area by Mujahideen for the last six days.
Hirelings have conducted several operation for reopening the routs since last two days but faced tough resistance of Mujahideen, during which some 30 commando and other enemy personnel have been killed and wounded as well as 1 RPG launcher seized.
As many as 3 Mujahideen have also been martyred in the operation.
Heavy clashes are underway since early morning the details of which will be updated later.
