Over 19 killed and wounded, tank destroyed in Farah

FARAH, Jan. 19 – Reports say heavy clashes underway against ANP, ANA and commando troops in Farahrod district since yesterday after they arrived to Abdullah Khel area for an operation.
At around 9:00 pm early last night Mujahideen carried out sniper gun attacks, killing instantly 8 puppets.
So far, 12 enemy personnel have been killed and 7 others wounded in the operation while 2 Mujahid combatants have embraced martyrdom and 3 others wounded.
Enemy is aimlessly firing in panic, leaving 8 children and women wounded along with other heavy materialistic toll to civilians.
