KABUL, Nov. 01 – The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum says that this ministry has been able to collect 319 million 660 thousand 491 Afghanis and 70 thousand 460 US dollars in revenue in the past week, said the ministry in a statement.
In last week (from 21st to 27th) of this month, the ministry has collected 301 million 360 thousand 439 Afghanis and 2 million 251 thousand US dollars and submitted it to the government treasury.
It is worth mentioning that following the advent of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the country, government revenues has increased significantly, this is due to elimination of administrative corruption and transparency in revenue collection.
