Ministry of Defense appoints high officials of former regime

KABUL, Feb. 19 – The Ministry of Defense has appointed Brigadier General Dr. Abdul Wali Ahmadzai as Acting Deputy Commander of Health and Colonel Dr. Yama Najrabi as Acting Deputy Director of Planning and Policy for better management of health.
