KABUL, Mat. 05 – Today, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi met with Afghan experts, businessmen and some women members of the Islamic Da’wah community.

The meeting focused on the political and economic situation in the country, including educational process, potential of the Afghan professionals living abroad, and the importance of safeguarding the positive developments with the new government.

The participants of the meeting congratulated the new Islamic government and assured comprehansive cooperation.

The women members of the Islamic Da’wah community called the new Islamic government’s approach to upholding the rights of Afghan women and their sacrifices for the establishment of the Islamic system unforgettable, and pledged to Strives for reform for the betterment of the society through Islamic Da’wah. Minister Muttaqi thanked all the participants of the meeting for their sincere sympathy with the new Islamic government and added that the new government is working on how to make the country fully self-sufficient and free from poverty so that it can become the center of the economy and connectivity.

Foreign Minister also said that the new government is trying to use the potential of Afghans living abroad for the betterment of the country.
