Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen holds consultative meeting with scholars of Ulema Councils

The supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (May Allah protect him) held a consultative meeting with the heads, assistants and administrative officials of the Ulema Council of Kandahar, Helmand, Zabul, Nimroz, Farah, Paktika and Paktia provinces.

Deputy Minister of Hajj and Awqaf, Assistant to the Supreme Court and a number of members of the Religious Publications Supervision and Inspection Agency were also present in the meeting.

The meeting started with the opening remarks of the Amir-ul-Momineen, in which he gave the necessary recommendations to the scholars and, besides drawing attention to their responsibilities, said: You know better that Shura (Consultative meeting) has an important role in Islam, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and peace be upon him used to consult with the Companions, and by consulting, the unity and consensus among Muslims is strengthened. The one who do consultation will have less mistakes. As chances of error of the congregation (group) is less, because the congregation (Group) does not unanimous on deviation.

Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen praised performance of the Council of Scholars and said that: Many problems of the people have been solved by the Council and they should continue to pay attention to solving the problems of the people and continue to fulfill their responsibilities in this regard. As the scholars are the group whose responsibility does not end until the Day of Judgment.

Today, with the help of Allah Almighty, an Islamic system is ruling, if the scholars do not fulfill their responsibility properly; Than the burden of responsibility before Allah will be very heavy; Because the ground has been fully prepared for performing and practicing of religion and and there is no obstacle before it.

Later on, the scholars were consulted on the work of the Ulama councils and other issues and their suggestions were noted.

Scholars have also provided important suggestions on establishing lasting relations between the Islamic Emirate and the people, solving people’s problems, bringing reforms in provincial institutions and further development.
