PAKTIA, July 29 – Early today Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate pounded the enemy base with heavy weapons but the losses exacted on the enemy have yet to be determined.
A villager was injured when the enemy returned fire.
In another report from Paktia, a puppet while on guard duty outside a check post was shot and killed late Thursday in the provincial capital of this province.
According to a report from neighboring Paktika province, Mujahideen fighters dismantled an enemy post in Jani Khel district of this province, causing the Arbaki militia and the extra forces called in for the backup heavy losses on Thursday.
