PARWAN, Jan. 24 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate foiled the enemy in their attempts to build military posts in Shinwari district of northern Parwan province on Thursday. The enemy, however, used heavy weapons to target the villagers in which a scholar along with his 6 year old son were martyred.
