Eleven Major Projects to Resume Soon

KABUL, Feb. 21 – Under the leadership of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the Economic Commission tasked the Ministry of Finance with assessing the major infrastructure projects on the verge of completion but requiring less budget.

Following the decision of the Economic Commission, the Ministry of Finance has identified the following 11 projects, which will be considered in the development budget for the year 1402 SY.

1-Kamal Khan Dam

2 – Shah Wa Aros Dam

3 – Pashdan Dam

4 – The Second Lane of Kabul-Logar Road

5 – Farkhar-Warsaj Asphalt Road

6 – The Runway, Terminal, Parking, Fire Station, and Other Facilities of Khost and Takhar Airports

7 – Badghis Dam and Water Supply to Qala-e-Now City

8 – Drinking Water Project of Takhta Pull in Mazar-e-Sharif

9 – Shabarghan Drinking Water Project

10 – Water Supply Projects of 14 Towns in Different Provinces

11- Cancer Treatment Center in Ali Abad Hospital
