The video with a total run-time of 21 minutes has reports about the activities of Islamic Emirate’s Commission for Training, Learning and Higher Education in Shilgar district of Ghazni province including a newly established Madrasa by this Commission in Kunsaf area named ‘Jamia Khar-ul-Madaris’ as interviews with teachers and elders.
