FARYAB, Oct. 30 – The construction of the Jarqala canal in Dawlatabad district of Faryab province has bee inaugurated by Mr. Mawlawi Mohiuddin Mubarez, the head of Shirin Tagab river sub-district, and other officials, said ministry of water and energy in a statement.
Details say, the said canal construction project will provide 670 people and after the completion of the work, 18 thousand people will benefit from it directly and indirectly.
The project is being carried out under the supervision of Shirin Tagab sub-basin with the financial support of the humanitarian aid sector in the field of water.
