KABUL, Mar. 14 – The decision to begin building the railway between Jawzjan-Andakhoi and Herat-Roznak was made at the 27th cabinet meeting.

The Afghanistan Railway Authority (ARA) has been given the responsibility to work with the Economic Commission to consider the report of the delegation selected in accordance with the 26th Cabinet resolution, appoint technical personnel, and conduct research on work quality in relation to these issues, which will be implemented on a trial basis.

This meeting, which convend yesterday Monday with the recitation of the Holy Quran under the leadership of Mr. Prime Minister Alhaji Mullah Muhammad Hassan Akhund, in which the Kabul municipality has been tasked, to allow construvtion of the half-completed high-rise buildings on encroachments and another’s property and have already payment to the owner of the land.

According to the decision, the owners who have built more floors than the permit are not included in this decision.

 

In this meeting of the cabinet, the plan for the entry and movement of foreign vehicles in the territory of the country was approved.

 

The cabinet meeting ended with prayer.
