FARAH, Oct. 11 – According to reports a gunfight that erupted today against enemy troops in Bagh Pul, Naw Bahar and Sharbat area of Farah city is said to be still ongoing in in Bagh Pul area, so far a hireling military base and 4 check posts have been overrun while enemy successfully escaped after taking heavy fatalities. According to details, 2 APCs, 2 ranger pickups and other war equipment have been recovered from the posts. It must mention that enemy also abandoned 3 check posts in Karez Shekhan area of Pushtrod district today, bringing a large area under the control of Mujahideen
