KABUL, Mar. 07 – Sultan Massoud Daqiq, an Afghan expert on international development, returned home following 37 years in exile and was welcomed by a delegation from ministry of foreign affairs at Kabul airport.
He is a leading expert in the implementation of international humanitarian projects in Asia, Europe and Africa, and has been awarded the Medal of Merit by the President of Germany in 2006.
