JOWZJAN, Feb. 27 – Al-Emarah News say 8 Arbakis changing side to Islamic Emirate, surrendered themselves and their weapons to Mujahideen in northern Jowzjan province on Monday. The surrender came early today Manjigag district of the province. Similarly, a policeman joined up with Mujahideen in Mohammad Agha district of Logar province on Monday.
