BALKH, Nov. 11 – Seventy enemy military personnel switched sides to the Islamic Emirate and joined Mujahideen in northern Balkh province.
The surrender came in In 7 districts of Balkh province consisting of (Zaray, Shortpa, Deh dadi, Khas Balkh, Chamtal, Chahar Bolak, Dowlatabad, Kaldar and Sholgara).
