KABUL, Mar. 18 – Honorable Interior Minister of the IEA Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani met with a delegation of scholars from the United Arab Emirates on Friday, said a statement of the interior ministry.

The interior minister discussed political, economic and security aspects of the country with the delegation of UAE scholars and thanked the UAE for handing over the Dubai Consulate to the Islamic Emirate adding that Interaction with Afghanistan is beneficial for the neighbors, the region and the whole world.

Those who want Afghanistan to become an abandoned island are making a mistake, because Afghanistan has a custodian and we will not leave our country to be neglected again.

The Minister of Interior added that the current Islamic system of Afghanistan runs economically on its domestic income sources and this is in a situation where drug cultivation and trafficking has reduced to zero and the struggle in this area is ongoing.

Mr, Haqqani that we want better relations with the world and we have taken positive steps in this regard. Afghanistan is a strategic point of the world and the world should not play a two-pronged policy, which ends up at the expense of the entire region.

Mr. Omar Habtoor Al-Darai said: In terms of reaching the long-term goal, there are some other problems besides girls’ education, which Mr. Omar is looking forward to solving.

Mr. Omar added: During his trip to Afghanistan, Any positive messages we saw will be conveyed to the rest of the world.

The delegation assured the Minister of Interior of cooperation with Afghanistan in various fields and considered it a moral obligation to support Afghans. It is obligatory on the Muslim and the Islamic Emirate is committed to all the Shariah rights of the nation.

Interior minister assured delegation about the education of girls and said the holy religion of Islam has imposed Sharia education on male and female Muslims and the Islamic Emirate is committed to all Sharia rights of the nation. The restriction on girls’ education above sixth grade is not permanent.
