KANDAHAR, May. 19 – Mawlawi Mohammad Qasim Tasnim, Director of Refugee and Returnee Affairs, Kandahar, accompanied by the head of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and its accompanying delegation, visited the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar, where he inquired about refugee and repatriation issues.
