5 vehicles destroyed in Samangan, 17 killed and wounded

SAMANGAN, Jun. 12 – Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate carried out attacks on an enemy convoy in Darah Suf district’s Sabzak area from midnight till early morning hours today during which an enemy commander (Qurban Ali) was killed and ALP commander Naeem seriously wounded along with 15 other gunmen killed and wounded as well as 4 APCs and a pickup truck destroyed.

Officials say that Mujahideen seized a sizable amount of arms and equipment in the operation which forced the enemy to retreat, adding that a Mujahid was also martyred in return fire (may Allah accept him).
