KUNDUZ, Jun. 04 – Amid the ongoing ‘Operation Mansouri’, Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate launched coordinated attacks on Imam Sahib district center and defense check posts day break today.
Officials say that so far 5 check posts and 6 villages have been cleared as well as 6 combined hireling gunmen killed and dozens wounded.
It is said that Mujahideen seized a sizable amount of arms and equipment and have currently entered the district bazaar where they are engaging the enemy in Gul Agha Masjid, Rawzi and Darul Mu’alimeen areas.
The enemy counter attacks have failed in the face of Mujahideen advance.
