5 Arbakis surrender with arms in Balchiragh

FARYAB, Aug. 22 – Officials say as many as 5 local militiamen have repented their mistakes and laid arms before Mujahideen in Kata Tash area of Balchiragh district during the past few day, handing 4 rifles and a communication device to Mujahideen, too.
