HELMAND, Aug. 08 – A hireling check post in Band Barq area of Gerishk district came under a Mujahideen sniper attack overnight, leaving 4 puppets killed and 2 others wounded. Meanwhile, Mujahideen have blocked off the Kandahar-Herat highway completely for enemy in Yakhchal area of the said district and have opened a secondary rout for civilians in the area. Enemy has demolished 4 shops of civilians in Safar Bazar area of Garamsir district amid a raid overnight.
