BALKH, Aug. 17 – The Islamic Emirate’s fighters and enemy clashed in Chamtal district of Northern Province of Balkh in which 4 Arbakis were killed and a dozen more suffered casualties.
In a report from Northern Province of Parwan, Mujahideen attack the newly appointed district governor close to the district center of Sheikh Ali, triggering a firefight in which a dozen of the enemy soldiers suffered casualties.
