3 check posts overrun in Dehrawod, key military base under attack

URUZGAN, July. 30 – Amid ongoing Operation Omari, Mujahideen started coordinated attacks on 3 enemy check posts being built in civilian compounds in Chato area of Dehrawod district overnight.
The gunfight resulting in all 3 check posts overrun forcing the enemy to flee by suffering heavy casualties.
A Dshk, 50 RPG rounds and other war equipment was recovered from the bases.
Another important base has been under tight siege and attacks since last 4 days the details of which will be published later.
Mujahideen also got hands on food items and other equipment being thrown by enemy in the area for their troops.
