23 police surrendered with their arms in Marjah

HELMAND, Nov. 12 – Reports arriving from Marjah district of southern Helmand province state that as many as 23 ANP gunmen have repented their wrongdoings and left enemy ranks in the surroundings of the said district, handing 18 rifles to Mujahideen, too.
