BADGHIS, Oct. 12 – Officials say at around 4:00 pm local time today as many as 15 Arbakis including commander Shah Alim has surrendered before Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate by repenting their mistakes in Rabat area of Qadis district, bringing 14 rifles, 1 pistol, 4 communication devices, 8 motorbikes and other equipment to Mujahideen.
