HELMAND, May. 02 – Officials say Mujahideen assaulted 2 police check posts in Mandyano area of capital Lashkergah.
Attacks of heavy and light arms lasted for about 2 hours resulting in both posts were overrun killing 11 puppets and forcing the rest to flee.
Later on Mujahideen ambushed enemy troops arriving the scene, during which 2 APCs were destroyed by heavy artillery fire inflicting further losses on enemy.
