KHOST, Oct. 26 – An intense hours-long gun battle erupted as the joint enemy attempted to break through Mujahideen defence and raid Mujahideen positions in Nadir Shah Kot district of southern province of Khost on Wednesday, Al-Emarah reporter said.
He added the attack lasted several hours with the Mujahideen succeeding in pushing the enemy back, adding at least 8 commandos were killed and 4 more were wounded, whereas a Mujahid fighters also embraced martyrdom with another one wounded in the operation.
On Wednesday, a roadside bomb blast left 3 policemen wounded in the provincial capital of Khost province.
According to a report from neighboring province of Paktika, 2 Arbaki lapdog s were killed with another 2 wounded after Mujahideen targeted a post belonging to local militia in Mata Khan district of this province last night.
